We may also collect and use communication data where we interact with you via WhatsApp, Zoom, social media direct messages, telephone, email, or similar platforms for the purpose of responding to enquiries, providing prayer sessions, extended prayer support, and ongoing ministry-related communication.
Donation information: if you choose to support us financially, we may collect necessary details to process your donation (e.g., payment method, transaction details). All payment information is processed securely by trusted third-party providers. We do not store your full payment card details.
Technical information: including your IP address, browser type, and information about how you use our website, to help us improve our services and user experience.
Ministry invitation information: If you invite Zalika Wallace Ministries to minister at a church, conference, Christian event, outreach mission or other ministry gathering, we may collect information such as your name, email address, phone number, organisation, church or ministry name, role or title, website or social media link, and any additional information you choose to provide in connection with your invitation.
AI Chat Information: When you use our AI chat assistant, we may collect and store the messages and information you choose to share, including any personal information voluntarily provided. Chat conversations may be accessible to authorised ministry administrators through Wix Inbox.

2. How We Use Your Information

We use your information to:

Respond to your enquiries and prayer requests.
Provide ministry services such as prayer sessions and updates about outreach.
Process donations and issue receipts or acknowledgements.
Keep you informed about ministry news, events, and opportunities to partner with us (only if you have opted in).
Comply with any legal or regulatory obligations.
Where prayer sessions are conducted via online platforms (such as Zoom), we may use built-in or third-party tools to generate automated summaries of the session. These summaries are created using artificial intelligence (AI) technology and are intended for your personal reference and convenience. The processing of session content for this purpose is based on our legitimate interest in providing helpful follow-up resources. If you do not wish for an AI-generated summary to be created, you may opt out by informing us at the start of your session. Any summaries generated will be handled in accordance with this Privacy Policy and will not be shared with third parties, except where required by law or necessary for the operation of the service.
Respond to ministry invitations: To review and respond to requests to invite Zalika Wallace Ministries to minister at churches, conferences, Christian events, outreach missions and other ministry gatherings, and to communicate with event organisers about their invitation.
AI Chat Assistant: We use Wix Smart Chat to provide automated responses to enquiries, share information about our ministry services and help visitors navigate our website. Chat conversations may also be reviewed to improve the accuracy and quality of our responses
Spaces by Wix App:
- Members may access Zalika Wallace Ministries through the Spaces by Wix mobile app using the same email address and password as their website account.
- The app provides access to prayer session bookings, event RSVPs, eligible members-only groups, including We Are Righteous and Prophets in Community, and ministry announcements.
- Information relating to member accounts, bookings, RSVPs and group participation may be processed through Wix to provide these services. Members may also receive in-app notifications and announcements.
- Use of the app is optional, and access to restricted groups remains subject to the ministry's membership eligibility requirements.

3. Sharing Your Information

We respect your privacy and will never sell or trade your personal data. We may share your information only with:

Trusted third-party service providers who support our ministry operations (such as payment processors, email services, or IT providers).
Law enforcement or regulators, if required by law.
Where necessary to arrange an accepted ministry invitation, we may use relevant information to communicate with the event organiser or other designated event contacts involved in organising the event.
AI Chat Services: Information shared through our AI chat assistant is processed using Wix Smart Chat and its supporting technology providers to operate and maintain the service, subject to applicable data protection requirements.

4. Data Security

We take appropriate technical and organisational measures to protect your personal information from unauthorised access, loss, misuse, or disclosure.
Our website is hosted on Wix.com, which provides us with the online platform to deliver our ministry services. Wix stores your data on secure servers behind a firewall and uses industry-standard measures (including encryption and secure protocols) to help protect your information.

5. Children’s Privacy & Use

This Site is intended for use by adults only (18 years and older).
We do not knowingly collect or solicit personal information from children under the age of 18. If you believe a child under 18 has provided us with personal information, please contact us immediately, and we will delete it.

7. Retention of Information

We will only keep your personal information for as long as necessary to fulfil the purposes described in this policy, or as required by law. Specifically:

Inactive Accounts: Accounts with no activity for 18 months will be marked inactive. If there is no response to our notification, your account and personal data will be permanently deleted or anonymised after 24 months of inactivity.
Prayer Session Applications: Where a prayer session request is approved but the complimentary subscription is not activated within 6 months, a final 30-day notice will be issued. If the subscription remains inactive, the application will be closed and associated personal information reviewed for deletion. Incomplete enquiries and applications that do not proceed will also be periodically reviewed, with information deleted when no longer required.
Prayer Session Records: Information submitted through the Prayer Session Request Form, AI-generated prayer session summaries and relevant ministry communications, including email and WhatsApp messages, will generally be retained until the original expiry date of the participant's 12-month subscription. This also applies where a subscription is cancelled early by the participant or Zalika Wallace Ministries. Records will then be reviewed and securely deleted unless further retention is necessary for unresolved complaints, safeguarding concerns, legal obligations or other legitimate reasons. Website member accounts are managed separately in accordance with the inactive account provisions outlined in this section. Where additional prayer support continues beyond the original subscription period, any associated communications or records will be retained only for as long as reasonably necessary and reviewed for deletion when that support ends, unless further retention is justified.
Financial & Donation Records: Retained for up to 7 years to comply with tax and audit requirements, even if an account is deleted.
Deletion on Request: You may request deletion of your personal information at any time. We will review and respond to such requests in accordance with applicable data protection laws. Certain information may need to be retained where there is a lawful reason to do so.
Ministry Enquiries & Invitations: Information submitted through ministry enquiries and invitation forms will be retained for as long as reasonably necessary to respond to and manage the enquiry or invitation and for appropriate administrative purposes.
AI Chat Conversations: Conversations with our AI chat assistant may be stored in Wix Inbox. Chat records are generally retained for up to 6 months and periodically reviewed and deleted when no longer required, unless a longer retention period is necessary for legitimate administrative or legal purposes.
Social Media Direct Messages: General enquiries received through social media direct messages are reviewed after six months of inactivity and deleted when no longer required, unless further retention is justified.

8. Cookies

Our website may use cookies or similar technologies to improve user experience and analyse site usage. Cookies may also be used for analytics, performance, or communication tools.

9. Donations

All donations made to Zalika Wallace Ministries are voluntary gifts that support the work God has called us to.
