All content on this Site including text, images, videos, and resources is owned by or licensed to Zalika Wallace Ministries unless otherwise stated.

You may view, share, and download content for personal, non-commercial use only.
You may not modify, reproduce, or distribute our content for commercial purposes without prior written consent.

3. Prayer Sessions & Ministry Services

Our prophetic prayer sessions are offered free of charge and are based on biblical principles. Invitations to minister at events and outreach missions are subject to the arrangements outlined in Section 4, including any agreed travel, accommodation or related expenses.

We believe in the leading of the Holy Spirit, but outcomes of prayer and ministry are in God’s hands. We do not guarantee specific results.
Sessions are intended for spiritual encouragement and support, not as a replacement for professional medical, legal, or financial advice.
Where applicable, prayer sessions conducted via online platforms may include AI-generated summaries for your personal reference. These summaries are created using automated technology and are provided for convenience only. While we aim for helpful and accurate records, Zalika Wallace Ministries does not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or reliability of any AI-generated content and accepts no liability for any errors, omissions, or interpretations. Participants remain responsible for how they use or rely on such information.
AI Chat Assistant: Our website uses Wix Smart Chat to provide automated information and guidance about Zalika Wallace Ministries and our services. AI-generated responses may occasionally be inaccurate or incomplete and should not be considered personalised ministry advice. Visitors requiring individual assistance should contact the ministry directly.
Free 1:1 prophetic prayer sessions are subject to approval, subscription activation deadlines, booking requirements and the conditions outlined in our Prayer Session Policy.

4. Website Membership and Spaces by Wix App

Members may access Zalika Wallace Ministries through the website or the Spaces by Wix mobile app using the same email address and password.
To join the ministry through Spaces by Wix, members must first receive an invitation code provided by Zalika Wallace Ministries.
Once connected, members can access prayer session bookings, event RSVPs, eligible members-only groups and ministry announcements.
Access to We Are Righteous and Prophets in Community remains subject to the ministry's membership eligibility requirements. Receiving an invitation code does not automatically grant access to restricted groups.
Members are responsible for keeping their login details secure. Use of Spaces by Wix is also subject to Wix's applicable terms and privacy practices.

5. Ministry Invitations & Events

Zalika Wallace Ministries welcomes invitations to minister at churches, conferences, Christian events, outreach missions, and other ministry gatherings.

Submitting a ministry invitation does not guarantee that Zalika Wallace Ministries will accept or be available for the invitation.
Every invitation is prayerfully considered based on availability, the nature and purpose of the event, and other relevant circumstances.
Where an invitation is accepted, the ministry arrangements, event details, timing, location, travel, accommodation, and any agreed expenses will be discussed and agreed with the event organiser in advance.
Event organisers are responsible for providing accurate information about the event and informing Zalika Wallace Ministries of any relevant safeguarding requirements.
Zalika Wallace Ministries reserves the right to decline or withdraw from an invitation where circumstances make participation unsuitable or impractical.

6. Donations

Donations made through this Site are voluntary gifts to support the mission of Zalika Wallace Ministries.

We work with trusted third-party payment providers to process donations securely.
All donations are non-refundable unless required by law.
Donation records may be retained for up to 7 years to comply with legal and tax obligations.

7. Children’s Privacy & Use

This Site is intended for use by adults only (18 years and older).
We do not knowingly collect or solicit personal information from children under the age of 18. If you believe a child under 18 has provided us with personal information, please contact us immediately, and we will delete it.
If an event where Zalika Wallace Ministries is invited to minister involves children or young people, appropriate safeguarding arrangements should be discussed with the event organiser in advance.

8. Accounts & Inactive Use

In order to access certain features of this Site, you may be required to create an account.

You agree to provide accurate and truthful information when registering.
Accounts with no activity for 18 months may be marked as inactive. Following notification, accounts that remain inactive for 24 months may be deleted or anonymised in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
You may request deletion of your account at any time by contacting us at the details provided below.

9. Links to Other Websites

Our Site may contain links to third-party websites for additional resources or partnerships. We are not responsible for the content, privacy practices, or reliability of any external sites.

Our Site is hosted on Wix.com, which provides the platform that enables us to share ministry resources and process donations. Wix stores your data on secure servers behind a firewall and uses industry-standard measures (including encryption and secure protocols) to help protect your information.
While Wix provides infrastructure-level security, Zalika Wallace Ministries is responsible for how your personal information is collected, used, and retained, in line with our Privacy Policy.
