At Zalika Wallace Ministries, our free online prayer sessions are offered as a ministry service, led by the Holy Spirit, and based on biblical principles. To ensure a respectful and fruitful experience for all, please review the following policy:

1. Booking Policy

• Prayer sessions are available by appointment only, held via video call (Zoom) and must be booked through our online booking system.

• Each session lasts 90 minutes; please ensure that you are available for the full duration.

• Sessions are offered on a first-come, first-served basis.

• A maximum of three sessions will be provided per person (unless the Lord leads otherwise in special circumstances).

• All three sessions must be used within 12 months from the date of your first booking. Unused sessions after this period will expire.

• We recommend allowing at least one week between each follow-up session to provide time for reflection, prayer, and for the Lord to minister to you personally before the next appointment.

• At times, it may be deemed necessary to pause or cancel your ability to book further prayer sessions if it is believed that continued sessions are not appropriate, helpful, or safe. This may include (but is not limited to):

  • safeguarding concerns or risk of harm

  • repeated no-shows, late cancellations, or misuse of the booking system

  • disrespectful, abusive, or disruptive behaviour

  • dependency on sessions in place of personal prayer, fellowship, or professional support

  • inappropriate content, conduct, or communication

  • requests for services outside the scope of prayer ministry (e.g., medical, legal, or counselling advice)

  • any situation where professional help is more suitable

2. Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy

• Please provide at least 24 hours’ notice if you need to cancel or reschedule so that your slot can be offered to someone else.

• Cancellations with less than 24 hours’ notice may result in forfeiting the session.

• Repeated late cancellations or no-shows may mean future bookings cannot be accommodated.

• We kindly ask for your cooperation so that others waiting for prayer can use available slots.

• If a participant does not join the prayer session within 10 minutes of the scheduled start time, the session will be cancelled and recorded as a no-show. The session will be forfeited and deducted from the participant’s subscription balance.

3. Waiting List Policy

• If all prayer session slots are currently booked, you may join our waiting list.

• When a session becomes available, those on the waiting list will be notified by email in the order they joined.

• You will have 48 hours to confirm your booking before the slot is offered to the next person on the list.

4. Practical Requirements

• Sessions require a stable internet connection and access to a video-enabled device.

• Please ensure you are in a quiet, private space to minimise interruptions and distractions.

5. Eligibility

• These sessions are for adults aged 18 and over only.

• By booking, you confirm that you meet this requirement.

6. Nature of the Service

• Prayer sessions are a Christian faith-based spiritual service and are not a substitute for counselling, psychotherapy, medical treatment, or other professional services.

• Zalika Wallace is not a licensed medical professional or counsellor, and no medical, psychological, or legal advice will be provided.

• If you are experiencing severe emotional distress, mental health concerns, or a medical emergency, please seek immediate help from a qualified professional or emergency services.

7. Confidentiality

• All personal information and matters shared during prayer sessions will be treated with strict confidentiality and will not be shared with third parties, except where disclosure is required by law (e.g., risk of harm to self or others, safeguarding, or legal obligations).

8. Limitation of Liability

• By participating in a prayer session, you acknowledge that it is a spiritual and voluntary activity.

• Zalika Wallace Ministries and its representatives are not liable for any decisions, outcomes, or consequences resulting from your participation.

• You accept full responsibility for your wellbeing and any actions you take following a session.

By booking and attending a prayer session, you indicate that you have read, understood, and agreed to the terms outlined above.​
