At Zalika Wallace Ministries, our free online prayer sessions are offered as a ministry service, led by the Holy Spirit, and based on biblical principles. To ensure a respectful and fruitful experience for all, please review the following policy:

1. Booking Policy

• Prayer sessions are available by appointment only, held via video call (Zoom) and must be booked through our online booking system.

• Each session lasts 90 minutes; please ensure that you are available for the full duration.

• Sessions are offered on a first-come, first-served basis.

• We recommend allowing at least one week between each follow-up session to provide time for reflection, prayer, and for the Lord to minister to you personally before the next appointment.

• Approved members may book and manage their prayer sessions through the Zalika Wallace Ministries website or the Spaces by Wix mobile app, using their existing website login details. All bookings remain subject to the ministry's booking requirements, subscription validity and cancellation policy.

• At times, it may be deemed necessary to pause or cancel your ability to book further prayer sessions if it is believed that continued sessions are not appropriate, helpful, or safe. This may include (but is not limited to):

  • safeguarding concerns or risk of harm

  • repeated no-shows, late cancellations, or misuse of the booking system

  • disrespectful, abusive, or disruptive behaviour

  • dependency on sessions in place of personal prayer, fellowship, or professional support

  • inappropriate content, conduct, or communication

  • requests for services outside the scope of prayer ministry (e.g., medical, legal, or counselling advice)

  • any situation where professional help is more suitable

2. Subscription Activation and Validity

• One Subscription Per Member: Each member is eligible for one complimentary Prayer Session x 3 subscription only, providing a maximum of three free 1:1 prophetic prayer sessions, unless directed by the Lord to offer additional sessions. Any additional sessions are at the discretion of Zalika Wallace Ministries and are not automatically guaranteed.

• Additional Prayer Ministry: At times, as led by the Holy Spirit, Zalika Wallace Ministries may offer additional prayer support through WhatsApp voice calls or other suitable methods. The frequency and duration of these sessions will be determined by the ministry on an individual basis. These sessions are offered at the ministry's discretion and are not guaranteed or included as part of the complimentary Prayer Session x 3 subscription.

• Once your prayer session request has been approved, you have 6 months to activate your complimentary Prayer Session x 3 subscription.

• If your subscription has not been activated within 6 months, you will receive a final reminder allowing an additional 30 days from the date of the email to activate. If you do not activate within this notice period, your approval will expire, and your eligibility to activate the complimentary subscription will be removed. You will need to submit a new Prayer Session Request Form for consideration if you wish to proceed.

• Once activated, your subscription is valid for 12 months from the activation date. All three prayer sessions must be booked and completed within this period. Any unused sessions will expire at the end of the subscription.

3. Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy

• Please provide at least 24 hours’ notice if you need to cancel or reschedule so that your slot can be offered to someone else.

• Cancellations with less than 24 hours’ notice may result in forfeiting the session.

• Repeated late cancellations or no-shows may mean future bookings cannot be accommodated.

• We kindly ask for your cooperation so that others waiting for prayer can use available slots.

• If a participant does not join the prayer session within 10 minutes of the scheduled start time, the session will be cancelled and recorded as a no-show. The session will be forfeited and deducted from the participant’s subscription balance.

4. Practical Requirements

• Sessions require a stable internet connection and access to a video-enabled device.

• Please ensure you are in a quiet, private space to minimise interruptions and distractions.

• We usually share materials or follow-up resources via WhatsApp during or after the session. If you do not use WhatsApp, these can be sent to you by email instead.

• Zoom prayer sessions normally include AI-generated meeting summaries, which are automatically created and shared with you by email for your personal records. If you do not wish for an AI-generated summary to be created, please inform us at the start of your session, and this feature will be disabled. These summaries are generated using automated technology and may not always be fully accurate or complete. Zalika Wallace Ministries does not guarantee their accuracy and accepts no liability for errors, omissions or interpretations contained within them.

5. Eligibility

• These sessions are for adults aged 18 and over only.

• By booking, you confirm that you meet this requirement.

6. Nature of the Service

• Prayer sessions are a Christian faith-based spiritual service and are not a substitute for counselling, psychotherapy, medical treatment, or other professional services.

• Zalika Wallace is not a licensed medical professional or counsellor, and no medical, psychological, or legal advice will be provided.

• If you are experiencing severe emotional distress, mental health concerns, or a medical emergency, please seek immediate help from a qualified professional or emergency services.

7. Confidentiality

• Personal information and matters shared during prayer sessions will be treated confidentially. Information may be processed by authorised service providers supporting the ministry's operations, as explained in our Privacy Policy. Information may also be disclosed where required or permitted by law, including where necessary to address safeguarding concerns or risks of serious harm.

8. Limitation of Liability

• By participating in a prayer session, you acknowledge that it is a spiritual and voluntary activity.

• Zalika Wallace Ministries and its representatives are not liable for any decisions, outcomes, or consequences resulting from your participation.

• You accept full responsibility for your wellbeing and any actions you take following a session.

9. Agreement to Terms

• By activating your complimentary subscription, booking or attending a prayer session, you acknowledge that you have read and understood this Prayer Session Policy and agree to its terms.
