Follow our simple step-by-step 1:1 Prayer Session Booking Guide to learn how to set up your account, activate your free 3-session package and book your prophetic prayer sessions.

To book your remaining Prayer Sessions included in your subscription, simply log in to your account and navigate to ‘My Account’ → ‘My Bookings.’ From there, you can view your available sessions and select a suitable date and time. See the below guide for further details:

Sign in to our website and go to My Account → My Bookings → Manage to cancel or reschedule your appointment. Watch the video below for further guidance.Please provide at least 24 hours' notice. Late cancellations may result in the session being deducted from your subscription.

Each approved member is eligible for one complimentary Prayer Session x 3 subscription, which includes a maximum of three free 90-minute 1:1 prophetic prayer sessions.Additional sessions may be offered if directed by the Lord, at the discretion of Zalika Wallace Ministries.Once your subscription has expired or all three sessions have been completed, you are not eligible for another complimentary subscription unless specifically approved by the ministry.Please note: Additional sessions are not automatically guaranteed.

Once your prayer session request is approved, you will receive an email with instructions on how to activate your complimentary Prayer Session x 3 subscription. Please check your inbox, including your spam or junk folder, to ensure you don't miss our email.Subscription Activation DeadlinesWithin 6 months of approval: Activate your complimentary subscription.After 6 months: If you haven't activated your subscription, we'll send you a final reminder giving you an additional 30 days.After the 30-day notice: Your approval will expire, and your eligibility to activate the subscription will be removed. What happens if my approval expires?You will need to submit a new Prayer Session Request Form for consideration if you wish to proceed.Once activated, your subscription is valid for 12 months, giving you time to book your three free 1:1 prophetic prayer sessions.

We encourage you to join your prayer session on time and be available for the full 90 minutes.If you arrive 10 minutes or more late, your appointment will be treated as a no-show, cancelled and deducted from your subscription.Repeated missed appointments or late cancellations may affect your ability to book further sessions.

Your complimentary Prayer Session x 3 subscription is valid for 12 months from the date of activation.All three sessions must be booked and completed within this period. Any unused sessions will expire when your subscription ends and cannot automatically be carried forward or renewed.

We respect your privacy and treat personal matters shared during prayer sessions confidentially, subject to safeguarding and legal obligations.Our Zoom prayer sessions may include AI-generated summaries, which are shared with you by email. If you prefer not to have an AI summary generated, please let us know at the start of your session.For further details, please read our Privacy Policy and Prayer Session Policy.
